Today, more than 1 million pistons are automatically inspected and assembled daily using our technology. In total, 9 out of 10 pistons across all engine types worldwide have undergone one or more quality inspections on Harrandt machines.

Our modules measure with an accuracy of up to a thousandth of a millimetre – and even up to a ten-thousandth of a millimetre (0.0001 millimetres) for hub bores. This is also why all renowned piston manufacturers, leading producers of passenger cars and lorries, and manufacturers of ‘heavy-duty’ internal combustion engines are among our loyal customers.

Tailor-made solutions in the automotive industry are no problem for us. We design and develop systems and machines, regardless of your company’s position in the supply chain.
